LWL has successfully conducted various evaluations and research projects, including:

Completed the final evaluation of the "Shelter from Harm: Empowering Female Survivors of Violence" project, a 42-month effort funded by UNTF (UNWOMEN), focusing on cooperation enhancement and impact assessment, commissioned by ETHIOPIAIDUK, Ethiopia;

Conducted research on "Strengthening the Roles of Traditional Institutions in Peace and Reconciliation," contributing to the professionalization of peace processes project funded by OTI/USAID, commissioned by Mensh Production, Ethiopia;

Conducted the terminal evaluation of the Capacity Strengthening for Peace (CS4P) Project, an 18-month initiative commissioned by the Life and Peace Institute, Ethiopia,

Assisting the Global Center for Gender Equality (GCfGE) at Stanford University in California, in the capacity building of the Government of Ethiopia, Standford University,

Developed and delivered a Five-Year Strategic Plan for the Bole Congregation of the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus (EECMY);

Providing Strategic Plan, Organizational Structure and Salary Scale Review with SOP preparations to SAH Pharmaceuticals Supplies, Ethiopia;

Developed Five-Year Strategic Plan for the Society of Human Resources Management in Ethiopia (SHRM)

Conducted Organizational Structure and Salary Scale Review for ELSA KOLO, Ethiopa;

Conducted an organizational structure review, including salary and benefits packages, Sky Standard Business PLC the Income Generating Business Wing of EECMY, Ethiopia;

Developed a Five-Year Strategic Plan for the Andimta-Ethiopian Civil Discourse Association (A-ECDA).
